Why did you start this company?

That's a question I got asked frequently, and the truth is, I did ask myself the very same question the first time the idea of Deliciously Human popped up in my head. My head was like:

Does the world need another fashion brand? Isn't there are already enough clothes out there. Why do I want to do this?! and What do I love about this?

And the answers were apparent: It's the connection to the humans around us, the stories that drive us, the colors that attract us, and the creative culture that unite us.

Just like that, I realized that the idea of building this brand isn't the worst after all. And from there, Deliciously Human was born.

A humane brand dedicated to the creative culture, a brand with a sense of community, a brand that values the craft and honors the beauty in humanity. A brand where a sustainable design approach, mindful consumption, and moderate production are the essence of its DNA.

Are you a sustainable brand?

While we are aware that no clothing brand can be 100% sustainable, we take a sustainable by design approach and do absolutely everything in our power to make sure that we work with materials that don't cost the environment, like organic cotton, recycled polyester, recycled carton, and biodegradable mailers.

Where is your stuff made?

Currently we source and manufacture everything in Europe.

Who make your stuff?

We assure that our manufacturing partners in Portugal work in ethical and humane conditions, Pay employees fair wages, and holds the highest sustainability standard certifications by the like of Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), Better Cotton Initiative (BCI), and Global Recycled Standard (GRS).


How can I create my customer account?

Please visit our Account Page here to sign up for an account. Next, you will enter personal information such as your email address, billing, and shipping address. Please be sure to verify all information before saving. 

By creating an account: you can save payments methods, change your password and update your billing & shipping address for a speedy shopping experience.

Do you share my personal information with third parties?

Any information you provide to Deliciously Human will never be shared or distributed to a third party.


Do I have to create a customer account to place an order?

No. You can checkout as a guest.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to support@delicioulsyhuman.co as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee the purchase can be canceled.

If you would like to correct the shipping address, please email support@deliciouslyhuman.co immediately to amend your details. Please quote your order number in the email subject line to speed the process up.

How can I be sure that my order has been received?

You will receive an email confirmation after your order has been placed. The email will contain all the details of your order. To ensure that this goes into your inbox, please add support@delicioulsyhuman.co to your contacts; otherwise, your confirmation email may end up in your Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please get in touch with us.

How soon will my order be processed?

We are a small team, so please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. This may take longer during special releases and significant holidays.

How do I know my order has been dispatched?

We will send you an email once your order has left our warehouse. It will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your delivery.


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal and Apple Pay.

Is my payment secure?

Your banking information is never in our possession. The secure Shopify Payments entirely manage our checkout

Taxes and Duties

For orders outside the EU, you may be subject to additional import and customs fees upon delivery; We recommend checking with your local customs for an estimation. Deliciously Human cannot be held responsible for any action, costs, taxes, or delays due to customs over which it has no control.
