TAXES AND DUTIES

For orders outside the EU, you may be subject to additional import and customs fees upon delivery; We recommend checking with your local customs for an estimation. Deliciously Human cannot be held responsible for any costs, taxes, or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

 

RETURNS

At Deliciously Human, we make sure that you receive a product that meets your expectations; however if something doesn't work out for any reason. You can return it within fourteen (14) days after the delivery date. At this moment we are not able to offer free returns for our customers, but this is something we hope to offer in the future!

To start a return, you can contact us at support@deliciouslyhuman.co, and we will guide you through the process.

Returned items must be in their original condition. They will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Returns with damaged items, missing original labels or original packaging, as well as incomplete orders will not be refunded.
